Let Your Story Shine

After attending a top tier college and marrying the man of my dreams, I had a life where everything was going right. A thriving wedding planning business. A well furnished home. Then out of nowhere, tragedy struck. We were struggling to get pregnant, then when we did I had a miscarriage. At this moment, I had a decision to make. Would I let the grief and pain of loss lead me into hopelessness or would I lean on the Lord when it hurt the most to keep hope alive?

My session with Dena was itself transformative. She guided me through techniques, and I was able to access and release long-help emotional blockages. The process was both intense and liberating, allowing me to confront and let go of emotions I hadn't even realized I was holding onto!

What truly stand out about Dena's intuitive approach is her ability to hold space for my emotions without judgment. Unfortunately, I'd never experienced that before. This level of understanding and care made all the difference! After my session, I felt lighter, more at peace, and like I had tools to continue my emotional healing journey!

Dena's Approach

Spinal Alchemy

Spinal alchemy is a mix of eastern and western philosophies, gentle energetic approach which allows connection with a person’s nervous system, chakras, energetic fields and allows to tap into an individual’s innate ability to help healing and unwind resistance within the body from different layers of energetic field.

Emotional Release + Spinal Alchemy

This service is an in-depth approach to connecting with a person’s emotional blockages that could be causing physical and mental dysfunctions. Through this technique, our practitioner is able to access emotions and identify and transform physical dis-ease by using bodywork and trigger points on the body. This helps clients rewire certain patterns that they hold or have held for a long time. In conjunction with this, our practitioner will use spinal alchemy to help connect and move through with more efficacy.

How Sessions Work

Once a client books a session with Dena, they will recieve an intake form to fill out. On this form, clients are asked to give a short history of their mental and emotional health, pre-session. Clients will be given a zoom link to use at the time of the session.
