    Continue Collective is open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time


    However, each practitioner at CC has their own operating hours.

    We process payments through stripe and accept all major credit cards.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy

    At Continue Collective, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We value your time and our practitioners' time, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following policy:


    1. Cancellation/Reschedule Notice Period:

    To avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. There are available options to avoid cancellation such as remote/video sessions if that suits your schedule better as to not incur cancellation charges. 


    2. Fees for Late Cancellation/Rescheduling:

    a. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than the required notice, the full price of the session will be charged to your account. You can reschedule your appointment at any time 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Just click on the reschedule/cancel button on your confirmation email.


    3. No-Show Policy:

    a. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session price.


    4. No Refunds for Services Rendered:

    Please note that no refunds will be given for services rendered, even if the outcome did not meet your expectations.


    5. Exceptions:

    a. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. In the event of a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without any penalty, such as moving your session to remove/video.


    6. Payment of Fees:

    Any applicable fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file or billed to you directly, as per the payment method established during your initial booking.


    7. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by clicking the reschedule/cancel button in your confirmation email or by emailing support@continuecollective.com


    8. Repeat Offenses:

    Repeated instances of late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in limitations on future booking privileges.


    9. Refunds:

    Fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are non-refundable.


    10. Acknowledgment:

    By booking an appointment with Continue Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation/Reschedule Policy.
